Study of the regulation of antioxidant enzymes and their functions in plant responses to various environmental conditions, especially to spectral properties of light. Study of ROS-dependent growth regulation mechanisms in plant responses to abiotic stress.
Metody:
Electrophoretic separation of proteins, immunoblotting, absorption spectrophotometry, molecular cloning, PCR, methods for studying protein-protein interactions, stable and transient plant transformation, fluorescence microscopy.
